Let’s Go! is a nationally recognized childhood obesity prevention program using the 5, 2,1,0 principals to eat 5 fruits and veggies, limit screen time to less than 2 hours, get at least 1 hour of physical activity  and limit sugar sweetened beverages to 0 on a daily basis. The goal is to increase physical activity and healthy eating for children from birth to 18 through policy and environmental change. Endorsed by the American Academy of pediatrics.
